
Earlee Products has three manufacturing facilities in Brisbane,
the main one being at Tingalpa. Designed to the latest health
standards and export requirements it features impervious surfaces
and roll-out equipment for ease of cleaning and maintenance. Here,
all blending and packaging is performed in a temperature and humidity
controlled environment to ensure consistent product performance.
In addition to dry ingredient blending and semi-automated packaging,
other specialized wet blending and filling equipment add versatility,
while screening and metal detection equipment ensures product
integrity. The raw materials warehouse has computer aided stock
control to ensure freshness. Both bulk and unit pack sizes are
available to meet client requirements.
This factory also features a test kitchen and a pilot processing
plant available to clients who wish to trial all types of cooked
meats and smallgoods from concept to manufacturing. Equipped with
mixing, grinding, vacuum massaging and tumbling, injection, filling,
immersion cooking, smoking equipment, all necessary assessments
of product quality performance can be made under company control
without delay. The test kitchen is fully equipped with a full
larder of ingredients, walk-in cold rooms, freezers, mixing and
cooking equipment.
A second factory, of 380 sq. metres, incorporates a warehouse
for selected items such as Earlee Honey Powder as well as a dedicated
seminar facility.
A third Brisbane factory has recently been added to develop,
improve and manufacture their Baconvenience and other unique,
internationally marketable, shelf-stable meat products.
