Earlee provide curing systems for high quality ham (made with or without Schinkentec^® technology), bacon, cold-cut and general smallgoods including frankfurts, kabanas, knackwursts etc.

Earlee can recommend procedures to manufacture even safer longer-lasting products such as those utilizing Schinkentec^® (hams) and hurdle technology^® (frankfurts and similar products with 6 months shelf-life).

All smallgoods premixes especially those for ‘ready to eat’ (sliced, shaved or diced) products are designed with natural, intrinsic Listeria protection and have a synergy with the FLEISCHFRESH and FRESHFUME Listeriacidal dips.
