Earlee Products’ Honey Powder solves many problems traditionally associated with the use of honey in food preparation. The original Earlee Honey Powder is based on a blend of selected pure Australian honeys, while Earlee’s Stradbroke Premium Honey Powder is based on highly flavoured tea tree honey.
Both are spray dried to deliver true honey flavour in a more convenient form and can be used in a variety of foods, including dry meal and drink bases, on snack foods, biscuits and breakfast cereals, in premixes for bakery, dairy, meat and poultry products.
