In-house R&D is conducted where a need is perceived for a potential new product or a new application eg. a raw material in oversupply. This work is ongoing, but to date we have among our achievements a premium honey powder, low-salt hydrolysed meat flavours, cold-set meat adhesives and extended shelf-life meat and seafood products.
