Our History

Family ownership is a deliberate choice for Earlee Products Pty Limited, it gives us the freedom to create a business we can be truly proud of. We are a Brisbane-based food ingredients company who are providing creative and technically–innovative support to leading Australian food manufacturers since the early 1980s. The Company has grown from a staff of six people working from a small leased office/warehouse to over 30 in 2011.

Due to rapid business growth, a new larger facility was designed and built at our current site site in Murarrie, Brisbane.  This state-of-the-art modern facility was opened in July 2007 and is equipped to ensure the highest level of product quality is available to customers at quick-turnaround rates.

With a team of experienced New Product Development staff, a client brief moves from idea to new product in a smooth, efficient transition ensuring a high degree of satisfaction.

Earlee Products is a generous supporter of the food science and Technology students and has been involved in sponsoring the AIFST Student Development Competition for a number of years.  The Company welcomes final year Degree students to its Murarrie site at which time they are given 26 weeks of paid, practical experience in ingredient familiarisation and relevant industry processes and equipment.

Annually, Earlee, in conjunction with the Queensland University, runs a one day Meat Technology Course including practical sessions on the manufacture of further processed and value-added meats.
